SplitForms Booking · Barbershops

A barber booking app that runs in the phone browser

SplitForms Booking gives your barbershop a booking page clients open from your Instagram bio or Google profile, with no app to download. They pick a cut, a barber (or “Anyone available”) and a time, can pay a deposit to your own Stripe account, and get a reminder before the chair. It costs $100/year per shop for 10,000 bookings, after a 14-day free trial, however many barbers you add.

14-day free trial, no card. Then $100/year for 10,000 bookings.

Barber calendars

Regulars book their barber

Pick a barber or anyone

Clients choose a name or “Anyone available”. Each barber only takes the services you assign them, on their own weekly hours.

Days off and closed time

Add time off per barber, whole days or part of a day. Close the whole shop for a date or a time, or open extra time for a busy Saturday.

Walk-ins on the same calendar

There’s no walk-in queue, but staff can add a walk-in to the calendar by hand so the slot is no longer offered online.

Roles for the shop

A barber with the practitioner role sees only their own appointments; front desk sees every booking. Dashboard logins use your forms plan’s team seats; Booking is priced per account.

Deposits & no-shows

Protect the chair from no-shows

Deposit or full price

Any percent from 1 to 100, or the full price, through Stripe Checkout. The slot is held 30 minutes while the client pays, and the money goes to your own Stripe account.

No-show record

Mark a missed appointment as a no-show. Client history shows visits and no-shows, and reports show the no-show rate per barber. Refunds are your call, issued from the dashboard. More on no-show fees and deposits.

Reminders and waitlist

Email reminders and opt-in texts (20 free SMS credits to start). When a slot frees up, the first client on the waitlist gets an email.

Honest fit

When a full barbershop suite fits better

SplitForms Booking covers online booking, deposits, reminders and barber calendars. It has no point of sale, tips, product inventory, chair-rent or commission tracking, walk-in queue, or marketplace where new clients find you. If you need those, pick a dedicated barbershop suite. If you want clients booking and paying a deposit from your bio link at a flat yearly price, this is the lighter option.

Only need a request form with no calendar? Use the free barber shop booking form template.

Setup

Set up barber booking in four steps

Add your cuts

Create a booking page in the SplitForms dashboard and add each service with its length and price: haircut, fade, beard trim, shave.

Add your barbers

Add each barber with their own weekly hours, days off and the services they do. Clients pick a barber or “Anyone available”.

Set the rules

Choose start times (every 5 to 120 minutes), a break after each booking, how much notice you need and how far ahead clients can book. Turn on a deposit if you want one.

Put the link in your bio

Share your booking link on Instagram, Google Business and WhatsApp, or add the widget to your website. Turn on reminders so clients get a heads-up.

Is SplitForms a barber booking app I download?

No. It's a booking page and website widget that opens in any phone browser, so clients book without installing an app. You run the schedule from the dashboard, which also works in your phone's browser.

How much does it cost for a barbershop?

$100/year (USD) per account for 10,000 bookings a year, after a 14-day free trial with no card. Adding barbers doesn't change the price. Text reminders use SMS credits, bought separately.

Can clients book a specific barber?

Yes. Clients choose a barber by name or “Anyone available”. Each barber has their own hours and days off and only takes the services you assign them.

Can I take a deposit to stop no-shows?

Yes. Ask for a percentage deposit or the full price through Stripe Checkout; the slot is held for 30 minutes while the client pays and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Mark missed appointments as no-shows to keep a record per client.

What about walk-ins?

There is no walk-in queue. Staff can add a walk-in to the calendar by hand so the slot is blocked online, and the online notice rules don't apply to bookings you add yourself.

Does it handle payments at the chair, tips or chair rent?

No. There is no point of sale, tips, product inventory or chair-rent tracking. Pick a full barbershop suite if you need those.
