What is SplitForms Booking?
SplitForms Booking is an online booking system and appointment scheduler built into the SplitForms dashboard. Salons, spas, coaches, clinics, fitness studios and any business that runs on appointments get a hosted booking page and a website widget where customers choose a service, staff member and time, answer intake questions and pay a deposit if you ask for one. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, and by text to customers who opt in. It costs $100/year for 10,000 bookings, on top of any SplitForms plan including Free, after a 14-day free trial with no card. There is no separate account: Booking sits next to Forms in the same dashboard and login.

Create your booking page
Add your services, staff, opening hours and time off in the Booking side of your SplitForms dashboard. Pick an intake template for your industry and edit it.
Share the link or paste one snippet
Send customers to your hosted booking page, or paste one snippet into WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or plain HTML to show the calendar on your own site.
Bookings land in your dashboard
Each booking appears in Today, Calendar and Bookings. Customers get an email confirmation and reminder, plus texts if they opted in, and can reschedule or cancel from a private link.

Online booking with deposits through your own Stripe
Ask for a deposit or full payment at booking. Customers pay on Stripe-hosted Checkout and the money goes straight to your connected Stripe account; splitforms never holds it.
Email reminders and opt-in texts
Confirmation, reminder, reschedule and cancellation emails go out automatically. Text confirmations and reminders go only to customers who tick “text me”, using SMS credits.
Booking system that syncs with Google Calendar
Connect Google Calendar so busy times block slots and new bookings appear as events. Video services get a Google Meet link, a free private Jitsi room, or your own Zoom or Teams link.
Intake questions with templates
Start from a template for clinics, spas and salons, coaches or fitness studios, then edit the questions. Answers marked private are encrypted at rest, and customers can upload files.
Staff, waitlist and reports
Give each staff member their own hours and a role (manager, front desk or practitioner). Cancelled times are offered to the waitlist, and reports show appointments, no-shows and money collected.

Already using SplitForms forms?
Link a form to your booking page and nothing changes on your site. After a submission, the person can book a time in up to three ways, and each one can be switched on or off.
On the thank-you page
After someone submits your form, the thank-you page shows a “Pick your time” button that opens your booking page with their details filled in.
In a “Choose your time” email
If the form collected an email address, SplitForms sends the person a link to choose their appointment time.
Inline, inside the form
Where embed.js runs, a time picker sits inside the form itself and the booking is made with the submission. Used when the booking needs no payment step.

How much does SplitForms Booking cost?
Booking costs $100/year (USD) and includes 10,000 bookings per billing year. It is a separate subscription on top of any SplitForms plan, including Free, and does not change your forms plan. Text messages use SMS credits bought separately.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A 14-day free trial starts when you create your first booking page, with no card required. A trial never restarts once used.
Do I need a website to take bookings?
No. Every booking page has its own link you can share on Instagram, Google Business, WhatsApp or in your email signature. If you have a website, you can also paste the booking widget or a button onto it.
How do deposits and payments work?
Connect your own Stripe account, then choose no payment, a deposit percentage, or payment in full for your booking page. Customers pay on Stripe-hosted Checkout and the money is charged directly on your Stripe account.
Can customers reschedule or cancel by themselves?
Yes. Every confirmation includes a private link where the customer can view, reschedule or cancel their booking, within the cancellation cutoff you set. When a time frees up, the first matching person on your waitlist is emailed.
What happens when the trial ends or I reach the yearly limit?
New bookings pause until you subscribe or the next billing year starts; email hello@splitforms.com if you need more than 10,000 bookings a year. Forms linked to your booking page keep working as normal forms in the meantime.
Is there a free online booking system for small business?
You can try SplitForms Booking free for 14 days with no card. After that it costs $100/year for 10,000 bookings a year. Your SplitForms forms plan stays free: Booking is a separate add-on and never changes it.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar and your busy times block booking slots, and every new booking is written to your calendar as an event. For Outlook, Apple Calendar or any other calendar app, subscribe to your booking page's ICS feed.
