SplitForms Booking · Google Calendar
A Google Calendar booking page with deposits and intake
SplitForms Booking gives you a booking page that syncs with Google Calendar both ways: events in your calendar block those times, and every confirmed booking is added to your calendar as an event, with a Google Meet link for video services. On top of the sync you get deposits through your own Stripe, intake questions and reminders. It costs $100/year for 10,000 bookings after a 14-day free trial with no card.
14-day free trial, no card. Then $100/year for 10,000 bookings.
How the sync works
What syncs with Google Calendar
Busy times block slots
Events on your Google Calendar hide those times from your booking page. Events marked Free, cancelled events and invites you declined don’t block anything.
Bookings become events
Each confirmed booking is added as an event titled with the service and customer name, with their phone, email, booking reference and a link to the booking in your dashboard.
Reschedules and cancellations follow
When a booking moves, its event moves. When it is cancelled, the event is removed. Google sends no invite emails of its own; your customer gets SplitForms’ confirmation with a calendar file.
Google Meet links
Set a service to Video call with Google Meet and each booking gets its own Meet link, made in your connected calendar. If Google can’t make one, the booking gets a free private Jitsi room instead.
One calendar per staff member
Connect a calendar for the whole business, or one for each staff member so only their own busy times block their slots and their bookings land in their calendar.
Outlook and Apple Calendar too
Not on Google? Subscribe to your booking page’s calendar feed (ICS) from Booking page & install in Outlook, Apple Calendar or any calendar app.
Beyond the calendar
What a booking page adds to Google Calendar
Deposits and payments through your own Stripe
Ask for no payment, a deposit percentage, or the full price at booking. Customers pay on Stripe-hosted Checkout and the money goes to your connected Stripe account.
Intake questions before the visit
Start from a template for clinics, spas and salons, coaches or fitness studios, edit the questions and let customers upload files.
Email and text reminders
Automatic reminder emails from 30 minutes to 1 week before, and texts to customers who opt in. See appointment reminders. Appointment reminders
On your own website
Use the hosted page at splitforms.com/book/your-name, or paste one snippet to show the calendar on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or plain HTML.

Does SplitForms Booking sync both ways with Google Calendar?
Yes. It reads your Google Calendar events so busy times can’t be booked, and it writes each confirmed booking to your calendar as an event, moving or removing it when the booking is rescheduled or cancelled.
Why not just use Google Calendar’s own booking page?
If you only need people to grab a free slot, Google’s own tools may be enough. SplitForms Booking adds deposits or full payment through your Stripe account, intake questions and file uploads, email and opt-in text reminders, staff schedules, a waitlist and an embeddable widget for your own site, while still syncing with Google Calendar.
What Google permission does it need?
One calendar permission: view and edit events. It uses it to read busy times and to add, move and remove booking events. You can disconnect any time from Calendar & video.
What happens if Google Calendar is unreachable?
Bookings still go through. Busy times are skipped for that check, the error is shown in Settings, and a video booking that asked for Google Meet gets a free Jitsi room instead.
How much does it cost?
Booking is a paid add-on: $100/year (USD) for 10,000 bookings per billing year, after a 14-day free trial with no card. Google Calendar sync is included.
