Yes. The builder, multi-step forms, and conditional logic are available on every plan, including Free (500 submissions, no card). Free forms show a small 'Powered by splitforms' line; paid plans remove it and add custom branding.
How does conditional logic work?
Each field can have one show-if rule based on another field: equals, does not equal, contains, is filled, or is empty. When the rule isn't met, the field is hidden and switched off, so it isn't required and isn't submitted. Conditional logic runs in the builder's hosted form, which you embed with the iframe snippet.
How do I make a multi-step form?
In the builder, assign fields to steps and optionally give each step a title and subtitle. The embedded form shows one step at a time with Back and Next buttons and a progress bar, and it validates each step before moving on. Forms can have up to 30 steps.
How do I put a builder form on my website?
Copy the embed from the builder's install panel. Multi-step and conditional forms use one iframe snippet that works on any site. Single-step forms can also be copied as plain HTML, a React component, a Shopify Liquid section, or an AI prompt. The panel shows install steps for WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, and more.
Can I build forms without the builder?
Yes. Any HTML form that posts to https://splitforms.com/api/submit with your access key works, and so do forms created by AI agents through the MCP server. The builder is simply the no-code option.
